[73] BIOGRAPHY: John worked in the St. George Temple during its erection and is credited with hauling the first load of rock for the temple. Johne was united in marriage iwth AMelia Connell on 9 October 1877 in the St. Geroge Temple. They lived together throught the years to celebrate theri golden wedding anniversary.
