Edw'd Gage Bradford lived under this name for most of his adult life, bu t he was born under the name of Edward Gerald Delano Minot. The change o f his name change was, as far as we can ascertain was never done legally . His father's name while married to his mother was Charles Minot. The na me Charles Minot was a name used by his father for a period of time, i.e . during the courting of his mother, the subsequent marriage, until disco very. His father's name in reality was Charles Minot Gage. He was marrie d to another woman during this entire time and lived a bigamous life fo r a period of time, we think.
