[69] BIOGRAPHY: Elizabeth moved with her parents to Overton County, Tennessee when she was a baby and later to Madison County, Illinois to about 1812 where she grew to maturity. She married in Madison County, Illinois on 29 May 1818 to William Howard. William served in the War of 1812 from Madison County, Illinois for which he received a pension. Prior to 1830 they moved to Fayette County, Illinois and by 1840 were living in Lee County, Iowa. By 1851 they'd moved to Dallas County, Texas where William died-- September 1855.
